This week we added a view of what should be top of mind given what’s going on in the CRM, an improved contact view with all the relationships you’d expect, and more tools for building workflows.

Up next

We’re enabling an early version of the Up next view. It highlights upcoming meetings and tasks along with suggestions across all CRM activity. Suggestions will now intelligently resolve themselves if no longer relevant.

There’s more to come to help make this view more useful and focused, including fully automated task management and drafts of followups.

Improved contact view

Contact pages now include full activity context, like meetings and emails. You’ll also be able to navigate directly from a contact page to any related object and vice-versa.

More tools in workflows

  • Added a Find step that supports searching meetings, tasks, notes, and emails with filtering by name, email, LinkedIn profile, and other custom fields
  • Added steps for creating notes and tasks
  • HTTP Request step now supports variable insertion from other steps

Smaller improvements across the app

  • Added a “jump to bottom” control when streaming chat responses and disabled autoscrolling for a smoother reading experience
  • Chat now remembers your preferred AI model across browser sessions
