Email bounce detection, multiple pipelines preview

This week we added bounce detection among other improvements to make sequences more reliable. We’re also sharing a preview of multiple pipelines which is nearing release.

Bounce detection for sequences

We added bounce checking to prevent attempted email sends to invalid email addresses. This applies at time of sequence enrollment and again when sending. Bounced emails will display with a status of undeliverable.

We’re also making improvements to the clarity of sequence enrollment statuses.

Preview: Multiple pipelines

We are adding the ability to create multiple pipelines per object type, and for any object. Pipelines can all have distinct stages, and can be assigned a stage weighting for calculating weighted values.

Smaller improvements

• Suggested updates and tasks can now be configured to appear only to record owners
• Automation runs are now up to 20% more token-efficient
• Sequences can now be configured to use saved signatures
• Meetings now sort reverse-chronologically by default
• Improved performance when loading records
• Number type fields now have configurable decimal places
