Support for Microsoft Outlook, improvements to search and contact management

Today we launched support for Microsoft Outlook email and calendar integration. This has been one of the most requested features since launch, and we’re excited to support startups that are building on the Microsoft suite.

Support for Microsoft Outlook

Emails and meetings from Outlook now sync with Lightfield to automatically capture emails and meetings, create and update records from interactions, and backfill historical context. If something doesn’t sync the way you expect, send us a note - we’re actively iterating based on early feedback and would love to hear from you.

As a fast-follow, we will be shipping the ability for Outlook users to send emails through Lightfield, and for the Lightfield agent to query calendars for meeting availability.

Smaller improvements

• Improved support for international phone numbers in contact records.
• Global search is more reliable and now surfaces contacts, accounts, and opportunities from a broader set of fields, so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for.
