Multiple pipelines, meeting transcript sharing

This week we launched multiple pipelines, added the ability to share transcripts privately with individuals, and made improvements to the agent chat experience.

Multiple pipelines

Multiple pipelines are now available across all plans in Lightfield, allowing you to segment staged processes for any system or custom object.

You can also now create and edit pipelines or stages in chat as an admin.

Share meeting transcripts with individuals

Meeting recordings and transcripts can now be shared externally to individual email addresses. Meetings shared this way will require email verification to access.

Smaller improvements

• Lightfield chats now display their chat title in browser tabs
• Chats can now be started from workspace views with filters pre-applied
