Longer backsync window for automated contact and account creation

Before, Lightfield created accounts and meetings based on the past 30 days of activity in your inbox. Now, you can configure how long Lightfield will backsync, up to 2 years.

Upload external meeting transcripts

We’ve added the ability to upload meeting transcripts from other services to meetings in Lightfield.

Continued improvements to workspace chat

Now, you can upload a broader set of file types when adding context to workspace chat, including RTF and markdown files. Responses in chat and search indicate the related accounts when mentioning opportunities.

Smaller improvements

• Lightfield will now suggest updates to all contact fields by default.
• Improved loading states when viewing lists of accounts and opportunities.
• CSV import now correctly maps to all custom data fields.
• Improved contact enrichment for new contacts including names, phone numbers, and photos. Backfill for existing contacts coming soon.
