This week we built lists and background agent tasks and have a small update on the public API. We’re also excited to share that Lightfield is now HIPAA-ready.
Lists
You can now create lists of record objects, like accounts, opportunities, and contacts. Items can be added to a list via bulk select, or by navigating to the record page. You can also create and modify lists with the agent. Lists will be available at the start of next week.

Background agent tasks
We’ve made significant upgrades to our chat infrastructure to allow the agent to work on long-running tasks, log its progress, and resume when able. The agent will also now indicate when tasks are in progress and notify you when your input is needed or a long task has been completed.

HIPAA Ready
Lightfield is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows. We are prepared to execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with healthcare customers.
REST API beta update
We’re opening up public beta access to our REST API next week. We’ll also share more about how we’re approaching the API.
Smaller changes
- Added “Next interaction” as a system field for accounts and opportunities that reads from scheduled meetings.
- “Telephone” is now available as a custom field data type.
