This week we added a dark mode theme to Lightfield, triggers based on CRM object creation/updates, and automated task management.
Dark mode
Lightfield now has a dark theme — so you can use your CRM at night.
Workflow triggers
Workflows can now be triggered by creation or updates to objects in the CRM like meetings, tasks, and notes.
This can be used for automated opportunity creation and stage advancement. For example, when a meeting is scheduled, you can trigger the creation of an opportunity with 'stage' = 'intro meeting set'.
Task management
Instructions for how tasks are created are now exposed and editable. You can allow Lightfield to automatically create and manage tasks using these instructions.
Additionally, tasks viewed in Up next can be viewed by opportunity and deal amounts.
Smaller fixes
- Chat loading indicator now more reliably appears during tool calls
- Added a participant filter for searching meetings by attendee in tables
- Added a "Create note" button in the notes workspace view
- Contact context is now pre-loaded when chatting from a contact page
- Improved table rendering in chat for updating records
