This week we’ve added agentic capabilities to the workflow builder, the ability to export records, and continued improving suggested task behavior in the Up next view and across the app.
Agent step in workflows
You can now program custom logic with an agent step in the workflow builder. This agent step is equipped with all of the tools you have access to in chat: querying/analyzing records, creating/editing records, doing web research, and more.
Here’s an example of how you can use this to trigger the automatic creation of a Account, Contact and associated Opportunity and auto-fill custom fields:
Exporting records
You can now export a table of Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts as a csv, xslx, or json file to use in other tools.
Smaller improvements across the app
- Reduced duplicate suggested tasks with prompting improvements
- App now opens to your last visited view
- Due dates can be edited inline for tasks in the Up next view
