Sequence template support and manual editing

We’ve improved the manual sequence editing experience, including collaborative draft editing. Template steps now work across Lightfield, including through the REST API. Through the API, you can list available template variables and update a sequence’s template steps, sender, sending days and time windows. More details in our API docs.

Create from picklists

It’s now easier in the UI to create a related object from within a picklist UI, rather than requiring creation to happen in a separate workflow.

Smaller improvements

• AI-only fields like opportunity summary can now be manually edited and will inform future updates
• Workspace views now have a default user-level scope
• Creating records now indicates triggered automation runs
• Participants can now be manually removed from CRM meetings
• Significant improvements to quality and performance of suggested record updates and tasks
