Sequences, record merge and improvements to custom objects

Keith Peiris & Henri Liriani

This week we shipped record merge, increased flexibility for custom objects, and native multi-step outbound sequencing.

Record merge

You can now merge duplicate records in Lightfield - across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects. You can merge from the record view, or ask the agent to do it for you. Relationships, fields, and linked records from the duplicate are consolidated into the record you keep, and the discarded record's content is preserved in the activity log.

Improvements to custom objects

You can now filter object pages by relationship to quickly narrow records, see linked relationships directly on a record's summary card, and view member relationships as columns in custom object tables.

Native sequences

You can now build multi-step outbound email sequences and enroll contacts directly from the CRM. The agent writes each email at send time using full CRM context, so every message is personalized rather than a static template. Sequences are available as part of our Agentic Pipeline Generation offering.

Smaller improvements

  • Various improvements to automations - For review items are now grouped by automation, you can edit automation names and titles, and draft automations now show full details
  • Removed character minimum limits for Secrets
