Common questions

• What's included in each plan?

  All core features are available on every plan — Starter, Pro, Growth, and Enterprise. The differences between plans are your per-credit rate, credits included, and level of support. The one exception is role-based access control and SSO, which are Enterprise-only.

• How many credits do I need?

  We recommend budgeting roughly 8,300 credits per month for each active seller — the AEs, CSMs, and founders whose inbox, calendar, and calls run through Lightfield. On pay-as-you-go that's about $400/month per seller; on an annual commitment, around $240. Teammates who meet with customers but don't sell use a fraction of that. Everyone else — querying, reporting — uses little to none.

• What happens if I use all my credits?

  Nothing stops. Additional credits are billed at your plan rate, and alerts let you see it coming.

• Can I add more credits?

  Yes, anytime at your plan rate. To lock in a lower rate, increase your annual commitment upfront.

• Do unused credits roll over?

  Credits are annual. Unused credits don't carry over at year end.

• Who gets access?

  Everyone at your company, on all plans. Role-based access control, single sign-on, and BAA are Enterprise-only.

• Can I switch to a higher plan later?

  Yes. When you're ready, we'll size a commitment off your actual usage and lock in the lower rate.
