• What's a capture seat?

  Lightfield syncs emails and meetings from Google or Outlook into the CRM for users with a capture seat. This includes recording and transcription for meetings on a user’s calendar, and automatic record updates from email and meeting content.

• What is a viewer seat?

  Viewer seats allow users to access all records they have permission to view in the CRM, and to use Chat to query and analyze records. On Pro, Growth, and Enterprise plans, all workspace members receive access to viewer seats.

• Can I add an additional capture seat if I’ve reached the limit for my workspace plan?

  Yes. You can add a capture seat for $200 per month, billed annually.

• What are workspace credits?

  Workspace credits cover usage for automations, workflows, sequences, and advanced enrichment lookups. Credits are pooled for your whole workspace and never tied to any individual. Pro, Growth, and Enterprise plans include an annual allowance.

• How do I know how many workspace credits I’ll need?

  We provide enough workspace credits in each plan for the majority of customers to not have to worry about overages. We provide visibility in our platform on your credit usage and alerting to let you know if you are at risk of exceeding your limit. We also allow users to put a hard cap on credit usage. For customers who exceed their limit without instituting a cap on usage, Lightfield bills credits at a pre-agreed overage rate.

• Do workspace credits roll over?

  Workspace credits are annual. Unused workspace credits don't carry over at year end.
