Filter by relationships

You can now filter a table view by how its records connect to others. Pull up every contact tied to a specific account, or every record linked to a custom object, and apply the same filters through the API.

Meeting recording controls

You can now turn off meeting recording by default for specific email addresses or domains from the Meeting settings page. This gives teams more control over when Lightfield joins calls, especially for internal meetings, sensitive customers, or domains that should never be recorded automatically.

Single sign-on for Pro plans

Your team can now sign in to Lightfield using SSO, so access follows the same controls you manage everywhere else. Single sign-on is available on Pro plans.

Smaller improvements

• Opus 4.8 is now supported in the chat
• You can now attach files to any CRM record, including custom objects
• Email retrieval in agent chat is now faster and more robust.
