We’ve continued to make improvements to suggestions and fixed issues related to recording meetings.
Continued improvements to suggested record updates and tasks
Suggested tasks and record updates should be more accurately extracted from meetings and assigned due dates and owners.
We reworked context construction for tasks to include more information about participants, including their historical involvement in the account relationship.
Prompting for tasks has been improved. It’s now performing better on our criteria for (1) tasks that you explicitly mention or are asked for you in the meeting and (2) tasks that you have the ability to perform. For example, you shouldn’t receive a task that says “spread the word about the product to the internal team.”

Smaller improvements
- Meetings with different urls that occur at the same time, with the same attendees are now recognized as the same meeting
- Meeting recorder now attends meetings even after meeting url is updated (this works mid-meeting as well)
- Meeting url is more clearly displayed
- Improved rules for filtering out emails that are not customer interactions
